A great alternative to your traditional pizza.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place a pizza stone (if you have one) in the oven to heat for 5 minutes. While the stone is heating, flour a clean surface and roll out the dough to form the crust. Take the pizza stone out of the oven and lightly dust with cornmeal to avoid the crust sticking to the stone. Lay dough on the stone and evenly spread Frank’s Red Hot sauce on the dough. Next, top with shredded chicken. Add onion and feta cheese. Then finish with the mozzarella.
Turn oven down to 400ºF and bake for 12–15 minutes or until crust/cheese are brown.
Tip: We like to dip our crust in ranch dressing mixed with Sriracha chile sauce—just a few drops.
