Ok…this recipe reads like a good short story…but seeing that I cannot leave anything alone, I had to tinker a little bit…it’s just my personality and doesn’t reflect on the original recipe Because I have three boys that are remorseless eating machines, I decided it would be best to double this recipe. I also added two cloves of garlic cause I need that fix and I fried up some bacon as well. Didn’t have pre-cooked chicken so I chopped up two breasts, salted and peppered and fried in the leftover bacon fat…this is not a low fat recipe (not in my house at least
So after that, I put in extra blue cheese and used marble cheese. I also decided to bake it cause it tastes so much better than stove top but that’s my humble opinion. On top of the M&C I put panko for crunch…baked at 350 for 30 minutes. Awesome!!!

Yum… pasta, cheese and buffalo sauce! Looks amazing!
