Delicious, creamy, melty, spicy, Buffalo dip in cucumbers.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Cook the chicken for 25 minutes (or until done),. Let it cool for a few minutes, and shred it.
While the chicken cooks, peel cucumbers if desired, cut them in half, and scoop out the seeds.
Mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce in a large bowl until combined. Place the chicken mixture in a baking dish, top with the shredded cheese, and broil in the oven until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted. Scoop the chicken mixture into the cucumber halves and serve.
