Nice weeknight supper!
In a pot with boiling water, add sea salt and bow tie pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Drain and transfer into a serving bowl.
In a small saucepan over medium high heat, add butter. Brown the butter, swirling it around—do not burn the butter. Add immediately to cooked pasta and gently toss. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Give it a final gentle toss.
Serve and enjoy! We love this with a mixed green salad.
