A healthy and quick salmon recipe that everyone will enjoy.
1. Preheat broiler on high.
2. Combine mustard, marmalade, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
3. Place salmon in a baking dish (skin side down if using skin).
4. Brush half of the marmalade mixture over fillets. Put dish into oven and broil for 6 minutes.
5. Remove salmon from oven, brush with remaining mixture and broil 2 more minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
6. Enjoy!
