Description
Egg, bacon, sausage, cheese and English muffin panini.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Large Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Crumbled Sausage, Cooked
- 1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
- 1 whole English Muffin
- ¼ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Preparation
Preheat panini machine.
Beat egg and add in sausage and bacon. Cook over medium heat until done.
Split muffin in half. Lightly spray inside of the muffin with butter. Place the cut side down on a plate. Top with 1/2 the cheese, egg mixture, remaining cheese and the other half of the muffin with the cut side on top.
Cook in panini maker for 3 minutes.
