I love how the flavors come together in this recipe.
Take chicken and pound in between Saran wrap to make it thin, about 1/2 inch thick. Cover chicken with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan. It takes about 1 minute. Place chicken in the frying pan and cook on each side until brown. It takes about 5 minutes on each side.
While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix the cooking white wine, brandy and honey together. Also, cut the apple into thin slices. I use honey crisp apple.
When chicken is done, take out of pan. In the frying pan, add the sauce, apple slices and cherries. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until the apples are tender.
