A sweet, tangy pork sandwich with a kick of Jack Daniel’s whiskey.
In a covered saucepan, saute onion in butter for 5 minutes.
Slice pork tenderloin into 1 inch slices. Add slices to saucepan, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until the pork is very tender. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and break up the pork pieces into small shreds using 2 forks. Stir to combine sauce and shredded pork. Serve warm on buns.

I made this last night, and it was great! Tender pork, tasty sauce. Very easy and perfect for a laid-back Friday night at home. Thanks!
