A light, refreshing pizza made on naan bread and topped with bacon, tomatoes, cheese and arugula. It tastes just like a BLT sandwich, but better!
Preheat oven to the temperature specified on the package of naan. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, olive oil and garlic; mix until combined.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over one side of each piece of naan bread and sprinkle with oregano. Evenly divide the bacon and tomatoes over the bread. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizzas on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until naan is cooked and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula.
