A healthy fish dish for the spring season.
1. Preheat broiler on high.
2. Wash fish, pat dry and rub olive oil evenly all over one side of each piece of fish.
3. Combine the seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle over one side of each piece of fish.
4. Coat a baking dish/sheet with cooking spray, place the fish into it in a single layer and broil for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
5. Enjoy!
