Easy to make bison burgers! They’re lower in fat than beef, and have a great gamey taste!
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix together with your fingers. Do not over-mix. If you are cooking on a grill, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mix to avoid sticking.
Shape into patties and cook as you would normally a burger patty, about 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with burger accouterments.
