Description

Beef meatballs with grandma’s tomato sauce and rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Minced Beef
  • 1  Onion, Chopped
  • ⅓ cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 300 milliliters Tomato Sauce
  • Fresh Rosemary, To Taste

Preparation

Preheat oven on 180ºC (355ºF).

In a bowl, mix minced beef, chopped onion and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and shape meatballs in the size desired.

Prepare a baking tray or baking sheet and spread meatballs on it. Once oven has preheated, place the tray in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden

While meatballs are baking, place a pot on medium heat and heat tomato sauce (you may need to season it with sugar or salt, to taste). Once meatballs are ready, transfer them into the tomato sauce. Add rosemary and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with pasta or whatever suits your cravings.
