When I am at a loss as to what to have for dinner, this is my go-to recipe. It’s delicious but not fancy and oh so very simple to make.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Fry vegetables until they are crisp-tender.
Pour cream and soy sauce over the vegetables. Lower heat and let it simmer.
Boil Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
When sauce is creamy, serve vegetables over the noodles.
