Description

Easy beef filling inside refrigerator crescent rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 12 ounces, weight Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Fresh Spinach, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 cans (8 Oz. Size) Refrigerator Crescent Rolls

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Brown hamburger (I always add in onion, salt and pepper, and garlic when cooking hamburger). Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a pan and add green onion, garlic, mushrooms, spinach, salt and pepper. Cook until spinach is wilted. Add ground beef, soup, and cheese and mix well.

On a baking sheet, lay out the crescent rolls, keeping two together forming a rectangle. Spoon some of the mixture into the middle of the roll and fold the sides around to form a pocket. (Press all the seams together to seal, but don’t worry if there are a few holes!) Bake for about 15 minutes or until rolls look golden brown.

Yummy and easy to make! It’s an easy way to sneak spinach and mushrooms in on the people who claim they don’t like them in my house. Plus, we found out the leftovers are really good cold!

These were so easy to make and are very good. I forgot to buy the spinach so just made it without it. I will definitely be making these again.
