Beef Goulash

Description
This is what my mom called Goulash. I know now that it’s not truly goulash, but it’s always been a comfort food for me! This recipe uses the veggies that I use most, but any veggies you have on hand will work.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Green And Red Pepper
- 1 whole Onion
- ½ pounds Green Beans
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- Seasoning For The Beef
- 1 pound Pasta (I Use The Wagon Wheels Most Often)
- 1 jar Tomato Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Dice the peppers and onions and set aside. Steam or boil the green beans and set aside.
Season ground beef with your favorite seasoning.
In a separate pot, start the pasta cooking.
Start warming up the tomato sauce.
Heat up a large skillet and start to sweat the onions. Brown the ground beef and near the end of browning, add the veggies.
When pasta is done, drain and combine pasta and tomato sauce in a a large bowl. Add the browned beef and veggies to the pasta combo. Combine to coat the beef with the tomato sauce.
