A simple yet delicious sweet, oven-roasted bbq pork.
1. Slice the pork shoulder into 1 inch slices and set aside.
2. Mix brown sugar, minced garlic, black pepper in a Ziploc bag.
3. Pour in ketchup, bbq sauce, and worcester sauce & mix together.
4. Add in the the thinly sliced onions and mix all together.
5. Put the pork into the Ziploc bag and rub the sauce onto the meat (covering all the meat).
6. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7. Set the oven to 285 degrees F.
8. Place the marinated pork onto a baking dish (remember to pour all the sauce in as well).
9. After 40 minutes in the oven, pull the baking dish out, and turn the meat around to the other side.
10. Let it bake for 50 more minutes & serve.

Yummm, Made this last night for the first time. I did about a 7 lb. Pork Butt and had to cook an extra hour. Flavor was mild-I would add some hot sauce next time and we love onions so I put in a whole large onion but next time I will increase the onion for sure as they almost disappeared! It was falling apart tender goodness. Husband thought it was excellent and he’s a great cook himself. Very much enjoyed.
