A personal favorite recipe that I force my fiance to make often.
1. Mix spice rub ingredients together well. Transfer to an airtight container and seal.
2. Place steaks in a plastic bag with Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate and marinate for two hours.
3. Remove steaks from marinade and rub 1/2 tablespoon of BBQ rub on each side of the steak. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
4. Heat an outdoor grill. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium temperature.
The spice rub will keep for about 3-4 months when stored in an airtight container.
