Description
Pizza lovers unite! A twist on a classic flavor combination, this BBQ chicken sweet potato pizza combines a couple of unique homemade ingredients and certainly beats regular delivery style pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Sweet Potato Pizza Crust (or Desired Pizza Crust)
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- ¼ cups Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Prepare the pizza crust according to directions. Once the pizza crust has baked, top with BBQ sauce, chicken, onion and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serve immediately!
