Description

Better than any delivery pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough, Enough For 1 Large Pizza, Or Store Bought
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
  • 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cubed
  • ½ whole Sweet Onion, Cut Into Thin Strips
  • 1-¼ cup BBQ Sauce
  • ¼ cups Smoked Gouda, Finely Grated
  • ½ bags (12 Oz. Size) Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F .

Roll out dough using your hands or a rolling pin if you have one.

Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil in small skillet and cook chicken over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, or until no longer pink and set aside.

Heat remaining Tablespoon of olive oil in skillet and saute onions for roughly 10 minutes, or until clear and caramelized. Set aside.

Place dough on pizza stone or baking sheet.

Top dough with BBQ sauce, cheeses, chicken and onion.

Bake for 10-12 minutes on top rack, or until golden brown.
