Delicious, quick, and can easily serve a crowd (simply increase quantity as desired). Quite the no-brainer recipe.
1. Fire up grill.
2. Slice onion very thinly, and saute with butter, pepper, and seasoning salt to taste. I choose to leave a bit of crunch to my onions for this sandwich, so I stop sauteing before they are completely caramelized.
3. Grill brats.
4. Serve brats in buns, topped with sauteed onions and BBQ sauce. Yum!
