A simple dish to make that packs great flavor and texture. This BBQ baked salmon is a no-fuss meal.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Add parchment paper to a baking sheet (I find it much easier for cleanup). Take salmon, skin side down, and rub it all over with barbecue sauce. I used Sweet Baby Ray’s as it was simple and not too spicy for my family. Let this sit for about 15 minutes, then place the onto the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes, or until it reaches the right temperature, about 145ºF internal.
Once you hit 145 ºF, remove from oven and let salmon rest for about 10 minutes before digging in.
