Deliously light pasta casserole.
Cook chicken breast; cool and dice, set aside. Prepare pasta as directed on box.
While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in skillet. Add minced garlic, sliced mushrooms and chopped onion until barely tender. Add soup and broth. Bring to boil.
Pour sauce mixture over drained pasta in a casserole dish. Add chopped basil leaves, oregano and tomatoes. Top with grated Parmesan. Put under broiler for 5 or so minutes to add color to the top of the casserole.

Oops, the recipes calls for garnishing with cherry tomatoes, about a dozen.
