Balsamic & Honey-glazed Grilled Chicken Breast with a strawberry and walnut salad (300 calories, 18 carbs, 14 grams fat, 32 grams protein).
Combine balsamic, honey, garlic, onion powder and paprika in a small bowl. Wash and dry te chicken breast and season with fresh ground pepper. Place chicken in a zip-lock bag and pour all but 1 teaspoon of the marinade into the bag. Set the 1 teaspoon of marinade aside to baste with later. Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the bag and place it onto the hot grill. Grill chicken for about 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through, depending on chicken breast thickness.
Serve chicken with spring mix, strawberries and walnuts.
