Baked chicken is my go-to weeknight meal because there are so many different meals that you can make with chicken. For this chicken, it is coated in a garlic butter with a crispy ranch-flavored panko bread crumb crust. The chicken is tender with a crispy crust. It has tons of flavor with very little prep work involved.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a shallow dish, whisk melted butter and minced garlic. In another shallow dish, whisk breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning.
Dip each chicken first in garlic butter mixture, then fully coat chicken in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken into a greased baking dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
