These are so quick and easy to make, plus they’re healthier than your average meatball! Try them as an appetizer dipped in marinara, over a big plate of spaghetti, or in a meatball sandwich!
Preheat oven to 400ºF and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix just until combined. Do not stir too much or your meatballs may be tough.
Use a tablespoon-sized scoop to place meatballs on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
