This salmon takes a bath in fresh garlic, herbs, and lime juice, then baked until tender. The end result? A bite full of flavor that will not only melt in your mouth, but keeping you going back for more!
In a large zip-lock bag, combine garlic, oil, basil, parsely, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Place thawed fillets in the bag and gently toss to coat. Place bag in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Remove fish from bag and place fish in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Pour marinade over top of the fish. Bake, uncovered, 10–12 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
