Quick and easy! If you are a fan of ginger, you will love this recipe. I like to serve it with jasmine rice and lemon asparagus.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Arrange fillets on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a small skillet. Add ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Saute 6-8 minutes. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Bake 10 minutes or until fish begins to flake with a fork.
