Bacon Wrapped Caprese Chicken With Mushrooms

You love the salad version, now try it with chicken!
Ingredients
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 1 log (about 6-8 Oz. Size) Mozzarella Cheese (sliced In 6 Servings)
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 bunch Basil Leaves
- 1 pound Bacon
- 10 whole Button Mushrooms
Preparation
Prepare your oven to 400ºF.
Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper, then lay out individually. Stuffed chicken with cut mozzarella, tomatoes and basil leaves.
After stuffing, close chicken breasts and wrap individual bacon pieces around each one. Lay in a casserole dish. Add mushrooms around chicken breasts and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
