Sometimes, breakfast flavors taste best for dinner!
Preheat your oven to 450 F and make sure it’s reached temperature.
Cut the bacon strips into pieces and spread them out on a rimmed baking sheet that you’ve lined with parchment paper. Bake the bacon for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
On a well-floured surface, roll your dough out to approximately a 9″ round and place it on a piece of parchment paper. Spread the cheese evenly across the dough and crack the egg(s) into the center. Sprinkle on the bell pepper, the slices of par-baked bacon and the chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste and transfer the parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the egg is set to your liking.
