Ingredients

  • FOR THE BURGERS:
  • 1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • ¼ cups Finely Chopped Purple Onion
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Steak Seasoning Spice
  • FOR ASSEMBLING THE BURGER:
  • ½ cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 4 whole Whole Wheat Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Uncured Bacon, Cooked
  • 4 leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
  • 4 slices Purple Onion
  • FOR THE ZESTY DRESSING:
  • 1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ⅛ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Dry Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Preparation

Preheat grill high.

Combine all ingredients for the burgers. Form into 4 patties. Grill 8 minutes per side until cooked through. Add blue cheese crumbles at the last 2 minutes of grilling.

Meanwhile combine all ingredients for zesty dressing. Set aside and keep in refrigerator until you’re ready to use.

Assemble the burgers. Put a dollop of zesty dressing on each side of bun. Add burger, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Try not to pass out, it’s a dangerous burger.
