Creamy bacon alfredo with chicken. A favorite with my family and one of the few dishes that all four of my kids eat.
1. Chop bacon and fry. Set bacon and 2 tablespoons drippings aside, separately.
2. Add 1 tablespoon bacon fat back to the pan and add chicken and garlic. Cook for 6-8 minutes and set chicken aside. If there is extra liquid in pan, reduce until mostly gone.
3. Whisk flour into chicken broth.
4. Add wine, chicken broth/flour and remaining 1 tablespoon bacon fat to pan. Bring to a boil.
5. Add cream and cheese. Stir until melted.
6. Add bacon and chicken back to pan.
Serve with pasta.
