Believe me, you’ll want to enjoy this simple yet delicious toast for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner!
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice and salt to taste.
Spoon the avocado mixture on each slice of toasted bread and spread it to the edges. Top each tartine with 2 or 3 tomato slices and sprinkle generously with feta cheese.
