Avocado Egg Salad
Description
Egg salad made with creamy avocado and less mayonnaise for a healthier treat.
Ingredients
- 5 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- ¼ cups Light Mayonnaise
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, smash them together and mix with a spoon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
