Description

This marinade is super easy and super delicious. You can find the lavender items at a specialty market, and if you can’t find them simply grab a little lavender from your garden, or a neighbors, and crush it up into the marinade. The smell. The taste. It’s all good.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Fresh Juice From Lemon
  • 4 Tablespoons Good Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Lavender
  • 5 drops Lavender, Cooking Essence (or Lavender Flowers, Crushed)
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Mix all the marinade ingredients together and brush over beef, pork, lamb, or chicken.

Allow the meat to marinate in the marinade for 2 hours minimum.

Cook meat as required.

This marinade is great for the barbeque.

If making ahead, store in a covered bottle or jar and keep in the fridge until required.
