A simple dish of fresh orecchiette pasta tossed with asparagus, crumbled feta cheese and fragrant oregano.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, feta cheese and thyme and allow to sit for a few minutes while you cook the pasta according to package directions. When the pasta is done, drain it. Add the drained pasta and asparagus into the bowl with the olive oil mixture. Toss to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper.
