Turkey burgers with Asian spice!
1. Chop the scallions, just enough so you don’t taste them too much in the burger.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, scallions, soy sauce, and the rest of the spices.
3. Make sure the mixture looks nice and moist. If it looks dry, add more soy sauce.
4. Shape the burgers. Don’t make them too flat; a little chubby is good.
5. Preheat the grill and put the burgers on.
* Don’t move them for a bit, otherwise they may fall apart.
6. Cook about 5 minutes per side, depending on how big/thick you made them.
7. Serve on a bun, and dress with mayo or a condiment of your liking.
* My sister gave me this recipe and it’s amazingly good! You will not be able to get enough of these things.
