Add, substitute or skip any ingredients you want. This quick, one-pan recipe makes use of the extra pasta you couldn’t bear to toss. The sauce can be as simple as butter, olive oil and cream or from a jar!
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the carrot, onion and bell pepper until crisp-tender. Add in the olive oil, black olives and sausage. Allow to heat through. Add in the tomato, garlic and the cooked pasta. Toss to coat the pasta and warm the tomatoes. Add the cream and mozzarella. Allow the cheese to melt.
Serve with a sprinkle of your favorite shredded cheese and salt and pepper.
Easy ingredient substitutions or additions: thinly sliced carrots, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, bacon.
This can be changed up with any ingredients and sauce. It’s delish—”as youuu wiiishhh!”
Anyone know the movie I’m quoting?
