Description

A delicious sandwich full of flavors and texture from sweet to salty, creamy to crispy!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Marble Rye (or Bread Of Choice)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 ounces, weight Creamy Brie (enough To Spread An Even Layer)
  • 2 slices Fontina, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ whole Gala Apple, Sliced Thin
  • 3 slices Bacon (cooked Until Crispy)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 whole Handful Arugula, Or Your Choice Of Greens
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

Butter both sides of both pieces of bread and start toasting on a grill pan on medium heat. Once both sides are a nice golden brown, spread one side of one slice with the brie and top that with the fontina cheese.

Layer on a good coat of sliced apples followed by your crispy bacon. Drizzle honey over the bacon. Crack some fresh salt and pepper over the top. Place a handful of lettuce or your choice of greens on top of that. Top with the other slice of toast and push down carefully.

Cook until the cheese is nice and melty then serve! Enjoy!
