Angel hair pasta with grilled steak, parmesan and topped with poached eggs.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Set grill pan on high. Cook steak for roughly 3 minutes per side. Slice.
Cook pasta per instructions. Drain but SAVE the pasta water. Pour pasta water back in saucepan and poach eggs for 30 seconds.
Combine pasta, sliced steak, and parmesan in a bowl. Drizzle pasta with extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss.
Top off with poached egg.
Great Sunday brunch dish – breakfast and lunch at the same time!
