Ingredients
- 2 slices Tasty Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Philadelphia Vegetable Cream Cheese
- 5 strips Red Bell Pepper
- 2 slices Red/purple Onion
- 3 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
Preparation
Toast your yummy bread. I Like Four Cheese Rotel from www.neighborsmill.com. They ship! Whole wheat is good, too.
Chop your veggies.
Spread cream cheese onto bread.
Top with veggies.
Eat it. Now.
* This is also good with lettuce, or if you want to add meat to it or other veggies, it is up to you. It is just flat out tasty. Thank you, bread and cream cheese.
