Description

Great for any type of meat (especially good on chicken) or veggie.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Coarse Salt
  • ¼ cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Mix and store in a airtight container. Use on any meat or veggie. Especially good on chicken!

I mixed this up when looking for a quick rub for chicken … delicious! It’s a great mixture of sweet and spicy. I have loved it on chicken that is plain or meat I have put in wraps and casseroles.
