Oh. My. Goodness. This was the perfect alfredo sauce. I had a recipe that called for a jar of alfredo, and I just couldn’t force myself to buy that gelatinous junk from the store. This tasted like good alfredo, even using low fat cream cheese and skim milk to cut out some of the calories. Thank you!

It was easy to make, nice flavor and I only used half of this recipe the other half is in the freezer for the next time I need Alfredo. This was prefect for us. The best recipe I have tried. I will keep this one around from now on.

We loved this! It’s easy to add chicken and/or broccoli and it tastes fabulous. My hubs especially loves alfredo and said several times during our meal how wonderful it is.

Great recipe! I did think it was a little too garlicky. So, next time I won’t use as much. Very easy! Thanks for sharing!

I used this recipe but changed it up just a bit. I really like the bleu cheese sauce Ree makes with ribeye steaks, so with the butter I added about 1/4 cup chopped onions and let them cook a bit. I added chopped garlic and the cream cheese, then the milk. I only had a little bit of romano cheese, so I used that and some feta. It was really good!
I served it on egg noodles with some shrimp- grilled the shrimp in a skillet with some grapeseed oil and seasoned salt. I also put some peas on top.
