Delicious BBQ shrimp and pineapple skewers. Perfect for any summer occasion and for someone looking to maintain a Paleo lifestyle!
1. Toss pineapple and shrimp in a bowl with the BBQ sauce until coated.
2. Assemble shrimp and pineapple onto skewers.
3. Spray a grill pan with non-stick spray and heat on medium-high heat.
4. When grill pan is hot add the skewers. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, until shrimp is opaque.
5. Remove from grill pan and serve either on plates or in cups.
