I lived in Cincinnati while attending college where we regularly ate at the legendary parlors: Skyline, Gold Star and Empress. This recipe sounds like a delicious traditional chili served over pasta with cheese like a 5-way but it is not Cincinnati-style chili.

Good but I thought it was very spicy…and I like spicy! Who knows, maybe I mistakenly added two tablespoons chili powder instead of teaspoons?!
