Cincinnati chili (or “Cincinnati-style chili”) is a regional style of chili characteristically served over spaghetti.
*Cook beef, onions and garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain off fat.
*Stir in chili powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Cook for 2 minutes.
*Stir in tomato juice. Heat to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
*Add kidney beans, cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
*Meanwhile, cook spaghetti noodles according to package and shred some cheddar cheese.
When chili is finished, serve on top of spaghetti noodles. Finish off by topping it with cheese.

I lived in Cincinnati while attending college where we regularly ate at the legendary parlors: Skyline, Gold Star and Empress. This recipe sounds like a delicious traditional chili served over pasta with cheese like a 5-way but it is not Cincinnati-style chili.
