Juicy, fall-off-the-bone ribs made with almost no effort.
1. Slice rack of ribs in half. Place in a large slow cooker, with the meaty side of ribs facing in and propped up against the crockpot.
2. Mix spices together in a small bowl. Rub them over all sides of the ribs. Pour BBQ sauce evenly over ribs.
3. Place lid on crockpot and turn to low. Let ribs cook for 7 hours.
4. Remove ribs from crockpot and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Preheat broiler to high. Pour a bit of the sauce left in the slow cooker over the top of the ribs. Broil until the rib tops begin to char, about 10 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and enjoy!
