Gingerbread cookies filled with white chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In large bowl, mix shortening, brown sugar, egg, and molasses until creamy. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves until mixture is well blended. By hand, stir in white chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
