Description

Lemon Bundt Cake is a simple, moist and delicious dessert bursting with lemony goodness!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Cane Sugar
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ⅓ cups Lemon Juice
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ cups Powder Sugar For Topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla and lemon juice.

Sift flour and baking powder. Add to batter and beat for 3 to 4 minutes on high.

Coat a 12-cup bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dust with flour.

Evenly spread batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350ºF for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Gently loosen sides with a sharp knife and invert cake onto serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
