Chocolate pudding cookies that are moist on the inside with a little bit of crunch on the outside and complemented with cinnamon!
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Into the bowl of a stand mixer add butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add egg and mix until creamy.
In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and pudding. Add flour mixture into the mixing bowl and continue to mix. Add milk and mix until combined. Then stir in the chopped Hershey’s bars.
Using a teaspoon drop dough onto un-greased cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
