A delicious combination of two classic cookie favorites!
Heat oven to 350ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat 2 minutes on medium high speed. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for an additional minute or until well blended.
In a smaller bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2–3 minutes and then transfer to wire rack. Cool completely.
These cookies store well and freeze well. This recipes makes 5 dozen cookies.
